Bridges Health & Community Care is Wide Bay’s longest established, leading provider of community-based mental health and drug and alcohol services.

Our staff have qualifications and experience within either or both the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs sector and several have a lived experience of mental illness or substance misuse, we also employ intentional peer support workers and Indigenous support staff. The Board and management are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment for all staff that includes continued professional development, clinical supervision, clinical governance and performance review.

Bridges operates from modern, refurbished premises in Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, and Gayndah that provide dignified and inviting accommodation and surroundings. We also offer satellite services in Nanango, Childers, Eidsvold and Maryborough.
