Making a difference in people’s lives has come naturally to Community Access Care Founder, Julie McCracken, who began her career as a carer to help fulfil a need for disability support within her local community.

Julie’s unwavering commitment to her profession, devotion to high-quality disability care and, larger-than-life vision for her community, is an inspiring journey, one which provides many jobs and supports the health and wellbeing of many clients in the region.

A family owned organisation
Community Access Care is a family-owned company and registered NDIS support provider, with grassroots values at its core. Founder Julie is joined by her family, who are all a part of CAC. Good old fashioned family values ensure the team and Participants feel part of the family too.
