I have been working in-home with clients since 2017. I find it a real pleasure to work in home, to teach new kitchen, nutrition and healthy meal skills to others and be there to do the tasks that are out of their skill level. I see my approach in the kitchen to be a collaborative team effort.

 Being a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner I am also able to aid in menu planning and assist clients put Doctor and Dietitian recommendations into everyday life.

 I feel best outcomes are when there is a collegial approach with other service providers for menu planning, shopping lists and I like to use the strengths of other support workers who may also be involved in meal preparation on the days I am not present.
