WHO ARE OUR SERVICES FOR? HO ARE OUR SERVICES FOR? • Frail and elderly, younger people with disabilities and their carers. We aim to provide flexible care options to support people whose capacity for independent living is at risk of premature or inappropriate admission to long term residential care thereby maintaining them in their own homes within their community. Older people aged 65 years and over and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 years and over. Younger people under 65 years and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people under 50 years. Support for younger people to live independently in the community and provide services in a way that maintains and promotes independence. Carers of these groups, so that carers are provided with an opportunity to take time off from the responsibility of caring.
