Helen is a PACFA-registered Clinical Counsellor who seeks to present an alternative approach to dealing with life’s problems. She uses secular models and Christian spiritual methods to provide caring confidential counselling, mainly for adults.  Helen also has a Queensland Blue Card and Positive Exemption Card.  Helen’s professional background prior to counselling was in general nursing and midwifery. She has a post-graduate degree in counselling.

Counselling for historical childhood and adult abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, dissociation, attachment issues, gender issues, emotional and relational problems and spiritual concerns.
