At Horizon & Beyond Support Services we believe in education through play and practical demonstration allows children, teenagers, and adults to develop physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally. Early intervention is key to ensure that everyone receives therapy education and support programmes. Sessions are based on an individual/family focused approach for everyone to succeed and achieve one’s desired potential. We believe in, ‘one size doesn’t fit all’. The Social Worker is guided by a Recovery Model, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, alongside upholding Social Worker AASW and NDIS standards of practice, procedures, and policies.
