I am an accomplished and experienced for 15 years in assistant nurse and career with a successful record of providing an excellent professional standard of care in a variety of health care settings in Bundaberg wide bay areas. I have a variety of both work experience & history as an EEN and personal care worker within both a hospital and aged care environment and care for the clients in communities. I also have experience in working with patients that may require a higher level of care as well as continue to deliver a trusting relationship with clients where their individual beliefs and their rights for privacy and confidentiality are adhered to. I am a self-motivated and hardworking person, who is willing to learn new things and apply the best of my knowledge to all situations. I have always followed the policies and the procedure of NDIS guideline and Government 8 standards of Health care systems. My work is to and follow all Occupation Health and Safety Act requirements. I am aware of the COVID Safe work practice and NDIS Safety quality control in work place and have study about it.

I am holding a current QLD driving license, QLD blue card, Yellow Card, Cert IV in Community Aged Care, Assistance in Nursing, current First Aid, current Police Check, and hold Australian citizenship. I have always strived to further my education in healthcare throughout my career and have recently become accredited as a mental health first aider, along with recently study Diploma of mental Health.

My duty of care for my client is to fulfill client, helping the client with aged and their difficulty and disabled people with a range of daily tasks. These include personal hygiene facilitation, mobility support, shopping tasks, food preparation, housework tasks, and the coordination of social events, gardening, transport,

Follow the care plan as the need of the client, for example: contact Allied Health, Doctors can be nursing if require, is depending of the need of the client.

I completed NDIS Quality Works Control Orientation Modules and Covid 9 Modules, and Quality aged care modules.
