Aged Care Home Packages TGLCS are an approved Home Care Package Provider and if you are interested in our Aged Care Services we are here to help. We want you to continue your independence and to make your own care choices through the Government subsidised, Home Care Package Programme.
Mental Health Suffering a mental illness is more common than you might think. With the right kind of support your mental health problems can be managed in a way that ensures you can live the life you want to. With the help of our experienced and compassionate team we can help you in whatever ways will work for you. We make sure you are in control of your supports and will tailor our services to meet your specific needs
Palliative Care Many of us do not like talking about the type of care we want at the end stages of our lives. But it is only through these conversations that we can let people know about the care we want and the things we value and TGLCS is here to support carers and older Australian’s the end of their life. If you are caring for someone who is nearing the end of his or her life, you may need to take a short break from time to time. When you spend most of your time looking after other people, it’s easy to forget to look after yourself. We are here to help you or your carer access specialist palliative care service if needed so you can stay in the comfort of your own home. We can help with all domestic chores and assistance, personal care and hygiene, the assistance with meal preparation, eating and those requiring specialised diets, and all transportation to appointments.
