The Good Life Community Services in Bundaberg and surrounds provides in-home and community-based care for people with disability and mental health difficulty.
The Good Life Community Services provides support to help you develop life skills that can assist you to live independently in your own home and community and do the things you wish to do.
Our small team of staff are highly skilled with Lived experience and are able to provide reliable, quality flexible supports to suit your needs and your goals that you wish to achieve.
We also Focus in the field of Mental Health and work closely with you on a one to one basis and provide you with the supports you need. We also use Art Therapy (colours, clay, paints, other mediums and art projects if desired), combined with Psychosocial and Recovery Coaching in a relaxing area.
Everyone is unique and we want to make sure you get to live your life, your way. Our services give you the opportunity to enjoy your local community and run your own household.
We strongly believe that each person has unique skills, talents and strengths to promote, and there should be no barriers to sharing talents due to a disability, whether a hidden disability or a visible disability. We are all creative in our own ways….
Living in a safe environment, being part of your local community and having access to quality support can unlock new opportunities and build independence.
The Good Life Community services prides itself on being a small and dedicated team of people providing effective disability services in Bundaberg and surrounding areas. We also work over Face-Time and Zoom etc when required.
: TGLCS abide by the Qld State Medical Director’s Covid-19 control measures and Infection Control guidelines within the community and disability sector. All staff are double vaxed. Mental Health staff hold a minimum qualification of CHC43515 Cert IV in Mental Health Peer Work.
