Healthy Eating on a Budget launched at IWC

This IWC/NDIS initiative is aimed at helping people of all abilities learn the basics of nutrition and health.

Looking to improve your health and wellbeing? ?A better understanding of nutrition may be just what the doctor ordered.

Working with IWC's Accredited Practicing Dietitians, Bundaberg's Local Area Coordinator team is offering a new, free program to Bundaberg: Healty Eating on a Budget

This program offers people the opportunity to attend dietitian training sessions at no cost, with an aim of helping individuals learn skills that will keep their meals healthy, delicious and affordable. 

The sessions run through October and November, but spots are limited! Be sure to sign up now to guarantee your place. 

These sessions are open to people of all abilities and backgrounds, and will be held at 184 Barolin St between 9am and 10.30am on: 

- October 5

- October 19

- November 2

- November 16

It’s good to know I can get what I need, not being told when my therapies are, or where I’m going. In the past, that’s how it’s been. As I see it, the NDIS is the only way to go.
